BillGoat works because the bills are real and the people are kind. Break either and you're out.

Posting a bill

• It must be your bill, or a bill you're legally responsible for. Post it once.
• Upload the real bill for anything over $200. Fake, edited, or recycled bill photos get the account banned and the money refunded.
• No medical, legal, or financial advice requests, no fundraising for a business, no bills for illegal activity.
• Use your real first name and a recent photo of you. No photos of other people.
• You must be 18 or older.

Paying and messaging

• Payments are gifts. Don't expect anything back — not a date, not a favor, not a repayment.
• Messaging unlocks after you pay. Keep it respectful. No sexual content, harassment, threats, or pressure of any kind. Asking for something in exchange for a payment is grounds for an immediate ban.
• Don't ask people to move money off-platform (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle). That's how scams happen and we can't protect you there.

Live giveaways

• Fund the pool before you go live. Only verified bills get paid from pools.
• Pick fairly. If you use random mode, the app draws for you.
• Streams follow the same rules as everything else: no nudity, hate, harassment, or illegal content.

Enforcement

Report anything with the flag icon. We review reports within 24 hours and can remove bills, refund payments, and suspend accounts. Suspended accounts lose pending payouts in cases of fraud.
