Common questions

I paid a bill — where did the money go? Straight to the poster's Stripe account, minus processing and BillGoat fees (which the poster pays). If they haven't finished payout setup, it's held with Stripe and released the moment they do.

Can I get a refund? Payments are gifts and are final, except for fraud. If a bill turns out to be fake, report it in the app and email us — we refund fraud cases and remove the account. See Payments & payouts.

How do I delete my account? Profile → Settings → Delete account, or email us from the address on your account.

Is this tax-deductible? No. Payments go to individuals and are personal gifts.
